*Susan Poznyansky, LICSW will introduce themselves and do a short intro about Internal Family Systems (IFS), parts work, and the concepts of the core-Self.
*Group share: A short meet and greet with other participants and an invitation to share how longing and heartache is showing up for us.
*Susan will facilitate a guided IFS experiential (similar to a live meditation) on the themes of longing and heartache.
*Group debrief and share.
*Susan will provide a short share about future IFS groups and offerings.
